Windows XP - STOP ERROR MESSAGE - help

Hi,

I am getting STOP ERROR screen when I start my computer. Re-booting, or
re-starting etc. has not worked.

The error message is as:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical Information:

*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000018, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF735625F)

*** iastor. sys - Address F735625F base at F7347000, DateStamp 42b2df42

I would appreciate, if someone can help me solve this.
