stop error on install

Blair Doneske

I just wiped my hard drive and tried to install windows
2000 pro. Upon boot I get the blue screen and the
following stop error: "initialization failure" 0x0000006b
(0xc000012f, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

This happens before i can start safe mode, and the OS is
never fully installed and the repair software doesn't
recognize a win2k install.

Any suggestions on how to get the system to start up to a
point where i can atleast take look at what else might be
wrong.

thanks

Start with the Windows 2000 Setup Disks (5 disks)
and try to format your Hard Disk with NTFS.
Then install your software.!
GOOD LUCK.!
