Stop error message 0x000003A

I get an error message "Stop error message 0x000003A" when
I reboot after XP HOme has begun the process of
installing. It won't allow me to continue. Any advice on
what this error means?

Thats an extremely rare stop code, we would need to debug it to find out
what the root cause is on it. However, if it is occurring on installation
and its a clean install, chances are you have a hardware issue.
