stop error message 0x0000008E pls HELP!!!!

I JUST BOUGHT NEW DESKTOP PC AND ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD, BUT THIS MACHINE BROUGHT
ME LOT OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE I EXPERIENCED RANDOM CRASH.
IT SAYS: IRQ IS NOT LESS OR EQUAL BLAH!!!!BLAH!!! ETC.
THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS:

0X0000008E(0X00000005,0X00000000,0XF76E9980,0X00000000)
MY MACHINE IS NOT INFECTED BY VIRUS THIS IS A NEWLY FORMATTED.
I KNOW THIS IS A HARDWARE ISSUE BUT I CAN'T TRACE WHICH HARDWARE IS GOING
BAD. I KNOW SOME GUYS THERE CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM THANKS.

eMACHINE, PENT 4(630) ,250GB HARDDISK, 512 RAM PC3200

I had this once. I did a reinstall of windows xp and it fixed the problem.

What seemed to cause the problem is a continued shutdown after an
application error, and it screwed the windows xp installation files

THANKS DEEDO FOR SOME ADVICE, BUT I DID IT ALREADY FOR MANY TIMES IT WON'T
SOLVED THE PROBLEM! SINCE MY MACHINE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY I BROUGHT IT
THEM FOR REPAIR, THEY REPLACED THE HARDDISK AND MEMORY BUT IT DIDN'T WORK!
THEY CAN'T TRACE THE SOURCE OF ERROR. I ALSO SENT THE DATA ERROR FROM EVENT
VIEWER TO THE MICROSOFT BUT NO CERTAIN SOLUTION CAN BE DONE!!! IS MY
700DOLLARS MACHINE GOING TO TRASH? I CHECKED MINIDUMP FILE BUT I DON'T KNOW
HOW TO READ IT. PLS SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!! HOW CAN I RID OUT OF THIS 0X0000008E
(BSOD) MESSAGE!!!!!

Your machine is under warranty, therefore your supplier is duty bound to
assist you.

Please stop posting all in caps!

It's most likely a hardware or driver problem.

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click
on the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties,
Advanced, StartUp and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck
box before Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.

There will also be Error Reports in Event Viewer. Please post copies.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information
regarding Event ID, Source and Description are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report
complete with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties. Hardware,
Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What drivers
are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.
