Stop Error IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO

I got this error after upgrading to Windows Media Player 9. I can only boot
my computer if I unplug both my CDRW and DVDRW drives. I am running W2K with
Service Pack 4. Please help!. Thanks.

I looked there, but there doesn't seem to be any clue what this has to do
