Right Click Menus/Dialog Boxes For Removable Media Partially Displayed

The formatting on my right click menus for both my CDRW and DVDRW drives has
changed.
When I right click on the icons for either of these drives the text is
almost completely off to the right and only shows four letters of the
titles.
It is only the CDRW and DVDRW drives whose formatting has changed.
If I right click on my HDD, Floppy, Zip or external drives all the letters
in the titles are visible.
This problem exist in display when accessed by right clicking in my computer
or, in my case, I have copies of the icons on my desktop. Initially I
thought the desktop icons might be corrupted, but it does not matter when I
right click from i.e. desktop, my computer.
I have run error correction and have also attempted to correct via a role
back. None of these techniques have proven successful.
Any suggestions, can you help?

If you ever experience this problem do this: Put in your windows disk and
then proceed to Start\Run\SFC /scannow.
