Every time I turn on my computer I get a message saying
that a system file is corrupt during the long black and
white loading line. Then I restart a few more times and
then it goes through that error and display a message on a
blue background saying:
STOP
BAD_SYS_CONFIG_INFO
....
Then I restart a few more times and I logon but they say
my account is corrupted.
What should I do apart from reinstalling Windows because I
did it just before?

Perhaps your profile is corrupted. Log on under an
administrative account, then rename your profile
folder to force the creation of a new profile.
