Stop Error 0xA need help

I just bought a new computer and I've been having a lot of trouble with it spontaneously restarting. I unchecked the option for windows to spontaneously reboot so I can get a blue screen. The blue screen says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. with a STOP: 0x0000000A. I have found some information on this error on microsoft's website. They suggest looking at the hex addresses to see with device tried to access the memory illegally. The address which the blue screen said originated the access was 0x80507E25, by using the system hardware window I was able to find this address in the range of the PCI bus. But what does that mean? Does it mean anything? Could there be something wrong with the bus or is it more likely some bad software? This a getting very flustrating.

That error message indicates a driver issue. Troubleshooting it can be
lengthy. Check that your hardware and the drivers for it meet the
compatibility list:
