Stop codes - Blue screen

We have a client that has an on going issue were the
server has been rebooting on its own. The motherboard
and ram has been replaced and the CPU have been switched
between slots and the OS (win2k application terminal
server with all service packs) has been rebuilt from
scratch. Normally it locks and the power plug has to be
pulled. We finally did get a stop code.

0x000000ie (0xc0000005, 0xa0022b28, 0x00000000,
0x0030002) Kmode excpetion not handled address a0022b28
busy at ao000000 datestamp 4o47dcd6 -win32k.sys.

Can anyone make sense of this have any futher suggestions?

Have you tried swapping out the CPU with another?

No, we have not swapped out the CPU yet becasue we have
not had one around to do so.
