Stop c000021A

Hello all
I create a image using target designer and ran the dep
check with no errors. After I copy the files on to the
target device and reboot I get the message
"FBA Agent is starting ......."

Then I get a BSOD with a
Stop c000021A STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED
0xc000021A (0x000000, 0x000000)

I am not using any 3rd party software in my image

Do you know what might be causing this?

For anyone that is interested it was a custom ntoskrnl.exe
that I was using where I change the boot up logos. Turns
out that particular one was not SP1 and I put it on an SP1
machine and I got that error
