Stop C000021a after installing Nero burning rom

Hi there,
I just installed nero which worked fine. It asked me to reboot the system,
after the reebot I got the stop c000021a error. I have automatic logon and
the image (without nero) works fine.

stop c000021a
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000139 (0x000 0x000)
The system has been shut down.
Unfortunately I do not have the save mode support in my image.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Hi there,
I cannot figure out which dependency is needed. I included the Advanced Set
Top Box macro component and some other DVD/CD components in hope for fixing
the problem. But as soon as I reebot the system after the installation of
nero I get the blue screen.

How can I find out what is missing?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Alright,
The blue screen was after installing nero 5. Which works fine in XPPro.
After a long battle I downloaded a trial version 7XXX and it works fine with
my original image. Why I don't know.
