I've been testing with the SP2 trial, and everything has been OK. I updated
two of my components and rebuilt. Now, I get this error every time I try to
boot the image. I've reverted, then removed the changed components. Still,
any build fails in this way. I suspect something was changed in my slx, but
I don't see it. Any suggestions? I'm going through the slx in TD looking
for any change that I might have accidentaly made.

I gave up. I've reverting back to SP1 anyway. I need to make some
releases. SP2 looks good. Can't wait.

I have found that if you do not delete the files from
your target drive before you copy a new build, after
about two cycles the image will not boot, but rather will
crash to a blue screen. Try deleting all files from the
target drive before you copy the new image on to it.

My target drive is always formatted prior to copying the new image.
