Another question about BSOD c000021a error, and second hard driv

Hello group, here is another c000021a question. My XPE installation works
fine when using a single EWF protected CF card as the main hard drive, but
when I tried to add a slave IDE device for data logging as an afterthought
(another CF card, added after FBA), i get the BSOD with error message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System ERror}
The Session Manager Initialization system prcess terminated unexpectedly
with status of 0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000).

Can anyone help out or point me somewhere to help take care of this issue?
I Google'd the group for the c000021a error and tried some of the
suggetions:

http://groups-beta.google.com/group...ublic.windowsxp.embedded&safe=off&qt_s=Search

http://groups-beta.google.com/group...dowsxp.embedded&rnum=9&hl=en#6fd4e2853a73640a

but nothing has worked. With regedit, I deleted HKLM\SYSTEM\MountedDevices,
but same problem with plugging in the second card. Seems like this can be
caused by changing system partition
drive letter assignments, but does not seem to be the case here. FBA was
already run on the device, I am trying to add a second device.

Thanks for any help/advice/pointers you may be able to provide.

Hi, you can ignore this request, interestingly I can resolve this problem.

Windows XPe with a second CF card added boots normally if the second CF card
also contains a bootable image of Windows XPe (bootprep'ed with a copy of
the XPe image) . Maybe this would be of interest to someone.

This seems to be also true when having a drive d: (second partition) on
the device when starting FBA... removing this second partition lead me
to success.
