STOP: blue screen

I got blue screen with: Stop.. KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.. on my Windows
2000 Professional.

What about it?

Already done, but it's a strange strange problem and I can't solve!

FYI the icons of the folders of my hard-disk showed by Explorer seems bad,
there's a lot of strage behaviour..
