Stop Auto Update Agent from rebooting my XP

I don't mind Windows Auto Update checking and downloading the patches etc,
but I don't like it force rebooting my Windows XP. I was compressing video
and hoping it would be done when I woke up, but it stopped half way
because the auto update rebooted PC. Where can I set it to only reboot if
I press yet? Or maybe just completely shut the auto update down?
