STOP: 0xC000021A Fatal System Error

When I log-on or do a re-boot I get a blue screen with this message.

Either/and on start-up,tap the F8 key,select safe mode,enter xp as
administrator,
once in xp,open event viewer,get details as to whats going on...Also,a blue
screen usually deals with hardware,chk the plugs to devices,chk the memory
sticks and make sure thier seated properly.

From safe mode

1 > create a new folder on the desktop and call it "dumpcheck"
2 > navigate to %systemroot%\minidump and copy the last few minidump files
to that folder.%systemroot% is normally c:\windows. They are numbered by
date. You can paste that address in address bar to get there.
3 > close the folder and right click on it and select Send to Compressed
(zipped) Folder.
4 > Upload them to any free web hosting and Provide link here
