My PC can' t boot win2k pro... it boots up get's to progress bar screen and
then
restarts and goes round and round through this cycle... i tried safe mode
and got
blue screen eroor:

*** STOP: 0x0000007F unexpected_kernel_mode_trap
(0x0000000D,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I read article: 137539

tried to remove all pci cards,
tried to remove RAM modules (i've got 2) tried switching RAM modules. Tried
to leave only 1 of the modules,
removed video card & tried to boot using motherboard chip video card

tried removing 2nd HDD

In MS article: 137539 i read about parameter value of error

i've got parameter 0x0000000D, but

I can' t find the entry 0x0000000D in intel' s reference manuals - so i can'
t
understand what kind of proble prevents my pc from booting normally

can anyone help me with this ?

i have something to add to my post:

i did a research and found that

the corresponding value to 0x0000000D is
an exception not covered by some other exception; a protection fault that
pertains to access violations for applications

so what ... this does not help me!!! What steps should i take to correct the
problem ?

Notes: i have 2 HDD's HDD 0 is my boot HDD with NTFS and win 2k another HDD
is just storage drive using FAT32,
Iv'e recently upgraded my bios version,
Iv'e installed Norton's Go Back which couldn't run becouse of Dynamic Disk
Overlay error
