STOP: 0x0000007E message

After installing a fresh XPe image I am getting the following error:
STOP: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005 0x805AD18E 0xF8984754 0xF8984450)
Can someone please help me in determining the root cause of the
failure?

Hi Manoj,

I saw this error because of intelppm.sys driver
on a motherboard with AMD cpu.

But also search via Google for
0x0000007E .
