stop 0x00000050

I am getting stop 0x00000050
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
with ntfs.sys. Does anyone have any suggestions or the
hotfix for this? I usually get this when using realplayer
or playing cd's. But I just recently got it while in
Microsoft Word.
