Stolen Computer - Security Info Wanted

Dear Sirs,

My stolen computer with a new copy of Window XP installed
had been recovered fr an used store recently. It's now
under the confiscation of police pending for sufficient
evidences.

Besides recognizing 2 unique softwares that belong to me
in the harddisk plus one online game, coupled with the
purchase receipt from WalMart, police still insisted on
Serial Number of the computer. I had tried to obtain it
fr WalMart as well as fr the supplier to WalMart but to
no avail.

Apparently, the harddisk had not been reformatted (If
not, my softwares should have gone too) but not sure if
the XP was re-installed. My questions are as follows:-

Where to search for information containing date of
installation of the Window XP from the harddisk? The idea
is to match the purchase date and the installation date.

Where to obtain the Name or other info that I input
during XP setup? I believe this would be the most
concrete evidence if my name nad address are found
somewhere in the harddisk.

Or anybody has any better idea to 'dig' any information
that might be useful in this case.

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: HEALTH , and hit enter.
Click on "Get information about your computer".
Then click on "View general system information about this computer".
Under "System Software", the date Windows XP was installed is shown
under "Date Created".

Right -click on MY COMPUTER and select Properties to show the
registered owner info.
