STILLL NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE INCOMING MAIL ON MY SECOND COMPUTER

Regarding the ongoing problem of not being able to receive incoming messages
on Windows Mail on my second routed computer (the same e-mails that appear
on my first computer) :

1) My password info and IDs match on both computers.

2) The e-mail anti-virus protections on my newly installed "Avast!" program
has been deactivated.

Are there any other possible actions I can take to solve this?

Tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab>enable leave copy of
message on
server, set a reasonable number of days to delete from server, or your ISP
mailbox will fill up.

Do the above on both machines!!
