Regarding the ongoing problem of not being able to receive incoming messages
on Windows Mail on my second routed computer (the same e-mails that appear
on my first computer) :
1) My password info and IDs match on both computers.
2) The e-mail anti-virus protections on my newly installed "Avast!" program
has been deactivated.
Are there any other possible actions I can take to solve this?
