I'm attempting to apply the step-by-step process outlined in http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/num...eNumbering.html to apply outline numbering to my heading styles. Alas, the shauna kelly web page is not specific to Word 2007.
I'd like my headings to sequence thus:
1
1.1
1.1.1
2
2.1
2.1.1
2.2
2.2.1
My experimentation is less than fruitful. When I attempt to modify the style of the heading 1, multi-level lists are NOT presented as an option.
Is there some other way to approach this task?
