still unable to receive the Verification E-mail after three attem

What do i need to do if i have tried to receive the Verification E-mail after
three attempts and no luck? Who do i need to contact about this. Thanks for
any help.

What verification e-mail? The test email when configuring your account?
What mail account type are you trying to configure and in what version of
Outlook.
