I am unable to receive mail in outlook using o2 e-mail address,..

Using MS Office 2003 Outlook, I am unable to receive mail using an o2 ISP
e-mail address as after it tests OK I can only retrieve o2 mailby going to
the o2 mail website. My yahoo e-mail address works fine though.Repairing
Office 03 does nothing. An o2 e-maill address worked initially when I moved
to o2 but no longer so all mail must be using yahoo only. No one seems to be
able to help.

When you say "tests OK" what did you do to test it?
