Still Unable to Print off Web - Help -

I checked out the site about the surfairy parasite. And it doesn't sound like it is that.
The error message: Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. Error Signature - AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.02800.110
My operating system is Microsoft Windows 2000, 5.00.2195, Service Pack
I routinely update and run spybot and trend micro pc-cillan 2004
Any new ideas, to get me printing off the web, would be greatly appreciated
