IE Has encountered a problem and needs to close

I continue to get an error message that Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must close. On the details page it states the Error Signature is
AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: winsb.dl
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 0000402

Any ideas how to fix this or make it stop?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do

browser)go to www.download.com and get these FREE
spyware tools(enter in search on that page) hijackthis
(all one word),check everything on the page and delete,ad
aware(check for updates and run it)delete everything it
comes up with,spybot search and destroy,CWShredder.
