Still trying to email one record only

First, I am a novice with Access.

I have created a database to record interactions with
students. I would now like to be able to email single
records back to each student's homeroom teacher.

It seems the way to go is to create a report of the form
and then put in a script to have it print the record to
screen. From there I can convert it to a word document
and email it as an attachment. I have found a site that
shows me how to do this:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;209560&Product=acc2000

The instructions on this site give you a cut and paste
solution that you can use to modify the Northwind sample
database. I have done this and it works well. The problem
is I cannot seem to modify these instructions for my own
database. When I try I get a Data Mismatch error when I
try to print the record.

Does anyone have any ideas for a fix. Sorry if the
details are vague, but the jist of it can be seen at the
page I listed above.

Thanks to the person that helped me with my last question
and thanks in advance to anyone who can help me on this
one.

Please post the code you're using, and the exact error message. I have
a vague guess as to what may be wrong, but I need to see the code.
