Still having FP form problems.

All my frontpage forms are just reloading themselves instead of
processing. I have tried the following:

- recalc. hyperlinks
- new form
- new form in new folder
- new form in new folder in new FP web
- send results to .csv ( several different folders )
- send results to .txt ( several different folders )
- send results to .htm ( several different folders )
- send results to email ( several different alias' )

I'm not getting any errors in Event Viewer, or in the form itself.

Any ideas?!?
