Still getting a Blue Screen on Remote Boot

M

Mark Lomas

Hi

I am having a problem with a remote boot XPe image.

I created the image by:

building with target designer, adding FAT and RAMdisk support.
booting from a Hard Disk to allow FBA to complete.
copied to an SDI driven disk, then reading off into an SDI file using SDImgr

Now when I boot from my client device, it downloads the image, and then
starts to boot (logo screen appears and the 'progress bar' scrolls a few
times) but then it blue-screens with a 'Process1_initialization_failed'
message, 0x6b

Any idea what is wrong here?

Thanks!

Mark,

To be safe add all four file system components to your image
FAT,NTFS,CDFS,UDFS. Also, are there any hard disk drives attached to the
system that have foreign file systems on them such as an old Linux
partition, etc... This can cause the 6B as well. HTH,
