Still gettin popups

MS Antispyware found a few spyware/adware problems but I still get popups
from this site: oinadserver.com.

Before I was gettin popups from that site and these sites:
softwareonline.com systweak.com inqwire.com titanpoker.com

I also have this process in Windows Task Manager that I can't find when I do
a search on my computer: l>gonui.exe. Is this causing these popups?

I also have Norton Ststem Works running and it hasn't been able to remove
these popups.

Thankz for any help - Johnny

I agree with Dave M's reply that you likely have PurityScan.

The thing with pop-ups is they can be a part of a web page's source code,
which makes them legit HTML pop-ups. If you are getting pop-ups when not
using a web browser or connected to your e-mail (ISP, not web-based) account,
then this is a serious problem and should be dealt with by running a full
system scan in Safe Mode (press F8 before initial Windows screen during
boot/reboot, if neccessary, press F8 or whatever function key is needed to
access the Advanced Options screen, and finally select the option that only
states Safe Mode).

One more thing to be aware of, if you are running Win2000, WinNT, or WinXP
(pre-SP2 or SP2 with Messenger service enabled) and Windows Messenger service
is enabled, this service MUST be stopped AND disabled. Windows' Messenger
service IS NOT to be confussed nor is associated with Windows Messenger,
which is a program, not a Windows service. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;148991 (WinNT),
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/administration/communications/msgrspam.asp
(Win2000), or
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/security/learnmore/stopspam.mspx
(WinXP).
