I have try to do what you said to do and I still cant get my windows mail to
work .I am useing road runnre as my provider.winodws mail is set up the same
as Incredimailand that works .So what am I doing wrong ??

Some email providers insist that you enter you user name with no CAPITAL
LETTERS. Some insist that you follow it with the part of your email
address starting with @, and some insist that you don't.

If you still get error messages when trying to send and receive mail, it
would
help to show us the entire error messages.
