still cant receive incoming mail on sky

i have me emails with sky and use outllook to get them for over a week now i
keep getting error codes when i log on i can send emails but cant receive
them these are the error codes i keep getting


Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR not supported g9pf2811797gvc.9', Port: 995,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18d
 
So? With all these trials & more trial efforts of sending messages & then to
receive messages telling ME that MY MESSAGE did not get sent and then
leaving me in the lurch without GIVING ME A CLEAR MESSAGE , NOR CRYSTAL
CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW EXACTLY THE PROBLEM of sending messages can be
solved ??? Please could someone out there tell me : What's the POINT OF
TRYING???????

Ensure that all your account settings match the ones provided by Sky:

So why have you tagged onto a question about "receiving mail from sky", when
your problem is about sending, possibly via gmail?
Though you do not say in your garbled post.

Please start a new thread and include an exact copy of any error message
that WM gives when it fails to send.

Select the error message and copy/paste it to your post.

Tell us who you pay for internet access.
 
Someone noted the other day that Sky was having server problems.
Have you contacted Sky about this?
