"sticking" cursor

A friend visited and used my computer. Afterwards I found that my cursor was
sticking in scroll bars etc. For example when I go to corner to move window
cursor sticks and move window automatically - hope I have explained this ok.
I want to remove the automatic part (XP Pro, 768mg RAM, new batteries in
mouse). I have been to all the settings I can find in Control Panel but to no
avail - advice please - thanks. --

On the activities tab at the bottom.

Thanks Bob - my friend put display in Classic View - I have gone to Control
Panel-Mouse and although there are 6 tabs I cannot find "Click Lock" anywhere
- advice please - thanks
