I have F1 2010 on my laptop bought via Steam. I don't know what I was thinking installing it on my laptop.
Anyway I want to back it up and restore it on Steam on my desktop PC.
Problem is my Laptop is W7 Ultimate 64 bit and my desktop is W7 Ultimate 32 bit.
Will that make a difference or will I still be able to restore it to my desktop PC ?

Should be fine. Just copy the F1 folder to your steamapps folder and launch Steam, See what happens.

I copied the backup over to C:\Program files \ Steam \ Backups

And ran Steam Restore backups and this is what I get
If I click on OK I get another message saying F1 2010 Executable has stopped working. A problem caused this program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

I have just joined the Steam Forum, shall also post there
