I like the frequent Steam bargains :D

Is COD4 worth going for? I've for MW2 and really enjoy that, so for only a tenner I'm tempted.

edit: Oops too late for me, I see that was last weekends deal!

Hmm, that Codemasters pack, I already have TOCA 3 & GRID on PC and FUEL on Xbox but Dirt 1 & 2 & FUEL for PC are worth £12.50.

My version of TOCA 3 only runs on Win XP though and I note that Dirt 1 has XP as recommended OS on the Steam site.

Has anybody run TOCA 3 and/or DIRT 1 on Vista or Win 7?

I think i tried dirt 1 on my win7 64bit, But not 100% sure, Its not installed at the mo.

Cant see it being an issue though to be honest. :)

EDIT: Hmm, saying that on the steam page for Dirt it says this...
Notice: Does not support Windows 7
http://store.steampowered.com/app/11440/

:/

EDIT 2: Seems running the game in XP SP2 compatability mode works.

EDIT 3: Looks like steam never patched their version, but the retail got the copy protection removed (which isn't win 7 compatible).

A Fix: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1034763

Saying this, Dirt 2 is worth the 12.50 all day! :)

Ackerlee, I was more interested in whether the Steam version of TOCA Race Driver 3 runs in Win 7 than Dirt 1.

I think that one is possibly my favourite racing game but my hard copy of the game won't run in Win 7 at all.
