staying online with ping software

Hi,
At work we use IE 6.0 to connect to the server, but we get logged off
every 5 minutes if we're not active...I'm looking for free software that
will ping the server and keep me online...Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

in your settings for connection should be dissconnect if
inactive for 'blank' minutes or have your isp reset any
down time restrictions.

I don't see that setting in the connections tab...The ISP is us, and I
know they won't reset it.
