Status Bar

My status bar will not stay visible. I open it and then when I click a link
or change pages it disappears and I have to re-open it. What can I do to
make it remain within my screen like it used to without having to re-open it
on every page?

Scan for viruses and spyware. Maybe you have some nasty pets, which tries to
hide status bar so that you won't see what is really happening. Statusbar
should normally stay visible if you set it visible.
