Ok, I'm kinda confused. Every now and again when I'm on the internet I see
this small blue box labelled static that appear in the lower left hand corner
of the screen just above the start menu. Usually if I close the window I have
open it will disappear.
I am just sort of confused to why it is there in the first place.
Can anyone help?
