How do I disable programs that startup when I start my
computer. Also How do I stop the programs from starting
that are in my tray.

From Start>Run type

msconfig

then click on the startup tab. Uncheck any entries there that you don't
want loading when Windows does. The programs in the tray may have the
settings within the program itself.
