That's quite an open-ended question. Perhaps you could explain why you are
asking such a question. Is there a particular problem you need to solve?

In the mean time...the flippant answer would simply be Windows. Anything
else beyond Windows doesn't "need" to start during bootup.

None. It's your choice as to what *you* want to start.

Obviously you want your security-oriented software (anti-virus, firewall,
etc.) to start, but everything else is up to you.
