whenever i start my computer i get this popup that says...
cannto find import; DLL may be missing,corrupt, or wrong version File
"rtl70.bld", error126

what can i do to fix this..

Nor would a HJT log help with this issue, as what is needed is to figure out
which program is calling the missing or damaged dll file. The steps here,
