Every time I satrt my computer a message pops up that says
cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version
file "rtl70.bpl" error 126
I have no idea what this means, or what to do...please help!!!

Not a Windows program/component - depends on what other programs have
been/are installed on your computer.
