Hello,
Can anyone help me to find out what a particular .dll is for, or what
program it comes from? I am getting an error message on each startup that
says:

".DLL rtl70.bpl,error 126 Cannot find import; dll may be missing, corrupt,or
wrong version"

Update your anti virus software and run a full system scan.

Thank You All for your valued assistance. I was able through your postings to
go to a site and download Hijack, which helped me locate the program that was
causing the error.

As it turns out the culprit was a program that had been uninstalled, but
where a reference in the registry kept trying to run the program. With the
help of Hijack I was able to find it and remove the registry line that was
causing the problem.
