I have installed Windows twice today, and for some reason both times it takes
about 10 min. o turn on. After the Windows loading screen is finished, te
screen will go blank. Later, the welcome screen will come up, but it stays
like that for mnuets before starting Windows. What is causing this?
 
Was this a clean install / upgrade or what?
You installed mobo and other hw drivers?
 
It was a clean Install. I was having other problems wih windows before so I
had o reinstall it.
 
This was the first time I turned he computer on. Before, It never had that
problem.
 
If it was a clean install, you have installed mobo chipset drivers and
other, eg vid.card, drivers from hw manu not winupdate?
