Startup Programs

Is it possible to load the programs in a startup folder in alphabetical order
or a predined order. I have 6 IE sites opening up at start up and would like
to arrange them.
Thanks.

my objection to taskbar manager is that it has to remain in memory and
doesn't remember your preferences from Windows session to Windows session.
Button Boogie does. I use freeware to arrange programs on my task bar called
Task Arrange. It doesn't remain in memory and is easy to use.

This gentleman's question though pertained to start up not task bar
management, I believe.
Kind Regards,

I've used TaskArrange in the past, but it doesn't work in Vista. And as far
as I can see, Button Boogie doesn't either. Do you, or anyone else know of a
similar program that's Vista-compatible?

Ken,
I am sure that PC Mag will come out with an update. Button Boogie is quite
old, and worked with previous versions of Windows. I would also email the
developer of Task Arrange and ask him to create a Vista compatible version.

Taskbar Manager does remember the applications order on taskbar if you
first save the order. Infact you can save many orders and reload them
whenever you want. You can also ask TBM to reload the specified order
after every a set time period. This way specified order is maintained
if a new application starts and disturbs the expected order.

Sorry..No intend to hijack this thread.
