I have a Compaq Presario 2500, pentium 4, with windows xp.
When I start my computer and it is booting up it is fine
but right before it loads the desktop it gets stuck on a
screen that sais "windows", and it is blue. It usually
sais loading..... but now it does not and it wont go any
farther and I dont think that it is frozen because the
mouse still moves? I've tried the reset button and a few
other things but nothing sems to work.
