Hey,
When i boot my computer up it brings me to the login user screen, (i only have one user) And after i click on my user, it brings me to the desktop, but the startup bar and the icons dissapear then reapear and then dissapear and so on. i cant click on anything or do anything.
there is a few ways to get my pc working, like after i click on the user name, if i hit the windows key so it pops up the start menu it will work (Wont work if sat at the login screen for more then 5 seconds). or if you start it up through safe mode.
I have takin my computer in and the guy had no problem with it, it never did it. Could it be my monitor? (its not the monitor flickering because i still se my background) Or could it be the login user screen? could i disable it? Please let me know if you know whats wrong or know how to disable the login window.
Thank yo

Hi Patrick,

Suggestions:

1. Go to Start/Run and type in: control userpasswords2 and press ok.

2. On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To
Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

3. In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user name
and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you start
your computer.

Tip:

Add Control UserPasswords2 to the Control Panel (Line 1)
