hi yusuf
i guess you have removed some important file required during start up
SO now u need to run a system restore in safe mode
follow the following steps:

1.From the Windows Start menu, go to Shut Down and click Restart.

2.As the computer restarts, watch for a message that reads Starting
Windows ...
Note: You'll see this message while the screen is still text-only
before any Windows splash screens appear.

When this message appears, immediately press F8.

3.From the Windows Start-up menu, select Safe Mode option
Note: If the Start-up menu does not appear, restart your computer
and repeat Steps 1 through 3.

4.Wait for your desktop to appear. Your computer will run slower, and
your icons will appear larger with fewer colors. The words Safe Mode
appear in all corners of yur screen. Make the necessary repairs.

5.click Start, and then click Help and Support. Click Performance and
Maintenance, click Using System Restore to undo changes, and then
click Run the System Restore Wizard.

6.restore to a time when your computer started without errors, select
a restore point as close to the time you remember it last started
without errors.

7.When the repairs are done, restart the computer, and allow it to
boot normally.

this should get your problem solved

let me know if it is solved or what ever
