startup loop

My system will not boot into normal windows. It gets to the logo screen and
then reboots. I can get to safe mode, but have been unable to find cause of
problem. I have used MSCONFIG to turn of all the boot processes, but
samething happens. Last thing I did was renew my Nortons and did a Live
update, then rebooted. Can anyone help in finding out what is causing this.

Sounds like the cause may be not renewing Norton Antivirus until after your
problems started.

Try uninstalling or restoring from the safe mode options. Be sure to click
safe mode without networking by the way.
