Hello,

When I Shut Down Windows XP Pro I get a message `Startup Guard Unloaded`.

What is this message trying to tell me ` simple English` please?

And how to rectify assumed problem?

You may have installed a special progrma (Startup Guard) onto your system
and it is telling that XP has stopped the programs.
